The restaurant stands out for its desire to offer unbeatable value for money. The menu offers dishes at very accessible prices (10-12euros). Among the delicious dishes you’ll find ceviche, quesadillas and ribs. The most fun probably are the sharing dishes that you can enjoy together with family, friends or colleagues. Just think of the delicious nachos with salsa, guacamole and chorizo. Each dish on the menu is freshly prepared every day.
Brunch Latino-Americano Style
And the suprise goes on… Every Sunday Tigermilk Brussels offers a colourful and tasty brunch for only 22 euros. With a choice of 4 surprising latin-american culinary combinations: Lima, Brooklyn, Puerto Escondido, Malibu.
Angelo tested the Puerto Escondido with two very delicious pulled chicken tacos, fresh homemade guacamole, toast with chorizo and melted cheese and a sweet passion fruit tiramisu. Every brunch comes with one hot drink and a fresh orange juice.
The name “Tigermilk” comes from “Leche de Tiger”. It’s the leading marinade in all of Latin America and is actually a mix of lime juice, chili, red onion and salt.
Prestigious interior design
Every restaurant has its own universe. In Brussels, Tigermilk has a trendy, but intimate atmosphere. For the interior design, Tigermilk called on Christie Ward, the decorator of the Soho House Hotel in New York. The restaurant is dressed with rattan furniture, marble tables and a large library to make you feel at home!
With a South American inspiration, the warmth is also declined by the wallpaper and the green plants scattered here and there. With three well-shared spaces, the decoration is very inspiring. No wonder it is hard to leave.
